The horse facility is situated on 210 acres with an additional 320 acres for cattle and hay ground. All of which is suitable for riding.
The main show barn includes:
17 stalls including one 12' x 20' foaling stall with video feed to the house.
Each stall has its own fan and timered light to retain short hair coat year round.

Grooming areas with rubber mats
Wash rack
Barn can be heated for those cold Kansas days.
The mare barn includes:
Stalls in both barns are cleaned a minimum of 2 times per day and bedded with wood shavings.
72' x 120' indoor arena with 1 large door on all 4 sides.
150' x 250' pipe outdoor arena with roping chutes and return alley.
Large permanent trail course.
60' round pen with sand footing.
5 pastures all with large shelters and heated water tanks.
** 7 pipe turnout pens - 4 with shelters - all include heated water tanks, hay feeders and lime screen footing. All turnout pens are cleaned daily.
** Our home is on the property close to the equine facility.
